US Domestic Orders
When placing your order, please choose your shipping method. Generally we offer only UPS Ground for shipping within the USA, or USPS for international and overseas orders. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive notification from the Alpha-Speed shipping department and/or UPS showing your tracking number and estimated delivery date. For all UPS shipments within the USA, please allow 5-10 business days until delivery.
International Orders
Yes, we do ship internationally, and our biggest fans can be found in Australia, Germany, Italy, England, Japan and we welcome your inquiries.
For most international shipments, please allow 5-14 business days for delivery. Shipping costs for orders from Alpha-Speed.com depend on the method and option you choose. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. Please also note, that the shipping rates for our products depend on weight. The item weight can be found on its detail page. In order to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. Next Day, 2 or 3 Day Select. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. We try our best to keep Alpha-Speed Products in stock at all times. However, if any product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you within 1-2 business days with your order status. Our preferred method of payment is Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We also accept cashiers checks and money orders. Orders paid with cashiers checks or money orders will ship only after checks have been received. We also accept PayPal's use of Credit Card Payments.
It is our policy to charge your credit card when your order has been placed. We do not store credit card information on our server, nor do we sell customer details.
